TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets are available from December 1st at 20:00 CET.
We have three ticket levels to make it possible for more people to attend while still covering the real cost of running an ambitious island larp.
Early Bird – €545
For those who know they want to come and are ready to commit early. This ticket is available in limited numbers. Once Early Bird tickets are gone, only Standard and Sponsor tickets will remain.
If you can, grab this one. It helps us plan with confidence and rewards you for committing early.
Standard – €595
This is the regular ticket.
Choose this if the Early Bird level is sold out or if you prefer to decide a bit later. The Standard ticket covers your share of accommodation, food, site rental, materials and all the invisible costs that make the larp actually work.
Sponsor – €685
For players who have the means and want to actively support the project.
The extra money from Sponsor tickets goes directly into raising the overall quality of scenography, props and player experience
If the sponsor level is within your reach, it genuinely makes a difference.
The small print: The ticket fee is non-refundable. Tickets can only be sold to another participant with approval from the organisers.
WHEN & WHERE
The Last Call runs September 3-6 2026.
-
Arrival and check-in: Thursday 3 September, from 15.00
-
Workshops and in-character play: Thursday evening to Sunday morning
-
Departure: Sunday 6 September, around 12.00
WHERE
The larp takes place on Livø, a small island in the Limfjord in northern Jutland, Denmark.
Address: Livø, 9681 Ranum, Denmark
Livø is a remote and mostly car-free island with limited infrastructure. This isolation is part of what creates the atmosphere of the larp, but it also means you need to plan your travel carefully and be prepared to stay on the island for the full duration of the event. In the fiction, the island is called Vaelsh after one of the oldest families in the Cthulhu Cult.
PAYMENT
You can either:
-
Pay your ticket in full, or
-
Use a payment plan and split the amount into three instalments. First instalment is €85,-
-
Link to tickets will be available here December 1st at 20.00 CET
TIMELINE
December 1st 2025 – Ticket sales open.
January 2026 – The casting questionnaire is open for all ticket holders.
February 2026 – We begin casting players into specific characters and groups.
April 2026 – You receive your character and additional material.
If you sign up after February, you will still be cast, but you will have fewer options in terms of preferred cults and character types. We will still do our best to respect your wishes and place you in a group that suits your preferences.
TRAVEL & LOGISTICS
GETTING TO LIVØ
The Last Call takes place on Livø, a small island in the Limfjord in northern Jutland, Denmark.
You are responsible for arranging your own travel to the mainland departure point for the Livø ferry. We will organise a bus from a major travel node. More on that when we are closer to the event. We will also facilitate car sharing or other options depending on need.
We will provide detailed travel suggestions well in advance of the larp, but in broad terms you can expect a route similar to this:
- Travel to northern Jutland by train, bus or car (for example via Copenhagen, Aalborg, Aarhus or Billund).
- Continue by public transport or car to the Livø ferry harbour.
- Take the ferry to Livø, where organizers will meet you and guide you to the site.
We strongly recommend planning to arrive early enough that minor delays do not cause you to miss the ferry. The island is small and connections are limited, so treat the last leg of your journey as something that must not be rushed.
Closer to the event, we will share recommended connections, approximate travel times from major hubs and suggested routes for players arriving from abroad.
FERRY
All participants travel to Livø by ferry. The ferry from Rønbjerg Havn to Livø is the only way to get to the location.
The itinerary for September 2026 has not yet been published but expect the ferry to leave for the location around 14.00.
More info will be communicated in a dedicated email and updated on this page well before the larp. Our goal is to make the crossing as smooth as possible and to keep the whole group together as far as we can.
LOCATION FACILITIES
Accommodation is in indoor shared rooms with simple, functional standards. For more info, look here.
Expect:
-
Shared bedrooms with bunks or single beds
-
Mixed-gender rooms unless you have requested otherwise
-
Access to showers and toilets in the same building or close by
-
Heated spaces suitable for Danish September nights
You do not need to bring your own bed linen / sleeping bag and pillow. A detailed packing list will be sent out closer to the larp.
ACCESSIBILITY & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Livø is a small island with natural terrain. You should expect:
- Walking between buildings and play areas on paths that may be uneven, dark and muddy
- Standing and moving for longer periods during rituals and scenes
- Shared rooms with limited options for full privacy
- You will at several times be outside, no matter the weather.
If you have mobility challenges, chronic pain or other conditions that might make this difficult, contact us before buying a ticket so we can honestly discuss what is and is not possible on this site.
We cannot promise to meet all access needs, but we want to be transparent so you can make an informed decision.
CASTING
Casting for The Last Call is done through a detailed questionnaire that helps us understand what you want from the experience and where you will fit best in the story.
We use casting because we want to:
- Give you a role that fits what you actually enjoy
- Create groups with good chemistry and interesting internal conflicts
- Spread experience, energy levels and comfort zones in a smart way
- Take care of safety, consent and emotional load from the very start
When you fill in the casting questionnaire, you will be able to list up to five groups you would like to be part of. We will then cast you where your preferences, playstyle and the experience you want matches the needs of the larp.
If you sign up together with friends and indicate this clearly, we will cast you in the same cell or closely connected groups whenever possible.
To get access to the casting questionnaire, you must either:
-
Have bought a full ticket, or
-
Have paid the first instalment of a ticket payment plan.
Once your payment is registered, you will receive the link to the casting questionnaire and further instructions.
How the full casting process works, including more detailed descriptions of the different cults, will be published in early January.
AGE REQUIREMENT
The Last Call deals with intense adult themes.
All participants must be 18 years or older at the time of the larp.
